The founder, William Wold, sees Algae as a potential solution to reducing atmospheric Carbon Dioxide in order to reduce global warming. The exponential growth rates in race ways, which have measured doubling in 2.2 hours, and Oceanic Growth rates of doubling in mass daily, imply that an enterprise scale sea based aquaculture approach is feasible. The Algal Radiant Company (formerly the Algal Rectification Company) seeks to develop the requisite hardware and telemetry for largescale oceanic aqua culture.
You should subscribe to our youtube channel. This provides a very minimal financial benefit to The Algal Radiant Company but every little bit helps. The link is: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLlw_9VtTFbMhfwtp53OD1eRQ-IstOCFQm .
The 2019 estimate of Carbon Dioxide production was 35 gigatons (35 billion tons). An excellent article to visualize the Carbon Dioxide surplus can be found here: How much is a ton of carbon dioxide? | MIT Climate Portal
Macrocystis Pyrifera otherwise known as Giant Kelp has recorded 3 kg dryweight growth per day per square meter (Kelp – Australian Antarctic Program (antarctica.gov.au) . What this implies is that a single square kilometer of kelp forest may be capable of sequestering a sizeable fraction of a gigaton of Carbon Dioxide per year. This doesn't address the reality that other more tenuous algal organisms have even faster rates of growth.
No, although Kelp Forests are marvels of the natural world, fundamentally, we are in a race to curb atmospheric Carbon Dioxide levels. In order to achieve this reduction, our near term goal is building the equipment that will facilitate natural processes increasing Carbon Dioxide fixation and accelerate aquaculture. We believe that a bias towards any organism will impede the objective of Carbon Dioxide fixation. The midterm focus is on producing algae with marketable purposes, in order to increase revenue, thus accelerating deployment of further Kelp Forests or other other biological forms of Carbon Fixation. A second benefit is the natural growth of high protein, high carbohydrate, and high lipid content algae which will ease expected food shortages.
We are located in Fayetteville North Carolina. Low corporate tax structure, low industrial electric rates, ease of access to coastal regions, copious low cost transportation options, copious fresh water, available labor force, and natural disaster improbability makes Fayetteville NC an excellent location.
First off, subscribing to our youtube channel is very helpful. you can do this by going to: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLlw_9VtTFbMhfwtp53OD1eRQ-IstOCFQm . Another option is to purchase a shirt, the funds and advertising are very helpful in accelerating towards deployment of wave guides at scale.
Algal Radiant Company is not a publicly traded company yet, therefore we cannot issue stock at this juncture, we are only able to accept loans at this time. Our objective is to become a Public Corporation. Assuming a valuation of approximately $10 billion at current valuation, installation of 36 square kilometers will be readily feasible.

The following are a list of revenue streams meriting development: 1) Installation of wave guides to accelerate shellfish growth 2) Contract Research 3) Cost plus sea farming manufacturing to reduce operational costs of existing US operations 4) Algal inputs as feed stock, protein, or carbohydrate 5) Human Consumption (given the regulatory requirements and hazards of contaminants, this is a distant goal I feel) 6) Waste water reduction 7) Fertilizer 8) Increased fishery health and harvest quotas (this would require governmental input and is thus a distant revenue source) 9) Intellectual Property, for instance studying algal antibiotic defenses for potential pharmaceutical applications 10) Tourism 11)Sale of Algal Wave Guides 12) Carbon Credits
