The Return and Refund policy consists of:

• Reason for return: not required, however depending upon the degree of urgency this may be helpful.

• Requested Balance from the initial Loan: $______
• Process of refund: in the event cash flow of the Algal Rectification Company is sufficient, the loan may be repaid as per the BLS.gov interest rate. The Algae Rectification Company is not required to repay any loans as per the schedule of the Lender. In the event the loan is repaid at the request of the Lender, the lender may forgo future financial rewards in the event of IPO or future CPI interest rate shifts.
